Three Warblers at the Strathroy Conservation Area today

After lunch, I headed over to the Strathroy Conservation Area.  It wasn’t raining (at the time) and I walked the trail and looped back to the parking area.  Along the way, I saw several Yellow-rumped Warblers, a single Black-and-White Warbler and a single Cape May Warbler.  Nice.  I haven’t been down to Rondeau or Pelee yet, but I have been walking the trails of the local conservation areas each day.  The trails are wet in places.  We have had quite a bit of rain this spring.  This week and the next two weeks should be good for birding.
